Product information "Polymer Felling and Cutting Wedge"

High strength polyamide wedge.  Two longitudinal grooves on the underside improve penetration into the wood while six V-shaped serrations on the topside ensure optimal grip. Germany's Forestry Association (KWF) reported: best use of this wedge is in felling softwood trees and keeping open notches cut into the trunk. Wedges can splinter. Wear safety goggles when working with wedges. Plastic wedges can dry out and become brittle. Store in a moist environment.
