Product information "HVZ 170/40 Loading Tongs"
Hydraulic loading tongs or log grabs can be fitted to front loaders, skidding trucks and tractors for loading and stacking long logs, firewood and bundles. All moving parts are secured with 40 mm bolts, grease nipples and specially designed plastic bushes with great resistance to wear. The tongs are produced in fine grain 700 steel so have great flexible strength. Max hydraulic pressure: 240 bar. Solid tongs for use with forwarders, skidding trucks and truck mounted cranes. Jaw opening: 1660 mm (0.36 m²). Width: 400 m. Smallest diameter log: 10 cm. Rotary motor: 5 to 6 rotary motor 173 mm PCD. Weight: 185 kg.
